Problem
Introduced in v2018.2.11, this report is designed to assist with completion of sections 1-3 of the retirements benefit claim form.
Resolution
Unfortunately, this report isn’t able to report on these figures retrospectively and must populate the values as the payroll is processed.
This means you will need to have processed all the relevant periods since this report has been introduced (v2018.2.11).
Unfortunately, this means the report will be of limited use initially but will be able to populate the values correctly in the future once the relevant periods have been processed.
