Problem
Resolution
Companies House went live with the new ID verification changes at 8am today (18/11/25).
However, when we enabled the features in version 25.4 of the IRIS Accountancy Suite this produced issues in accessing IAS for users.
The Companies House ID Verification features had to be disabled. We have now completed our final testing in regards to being able to access the ID code and this will be accessible to you shortly. Please log out and back into IRIS if you are not yet seeing it.
You can manually manually refresh the feature toggles via System Maintenance | System | Refresh Feature Toggles
We are continuing to test submitting forms, working alongside Companies House if we see anything unexpected.
