Problem
The payments on account due need to be edited but IRIS is giving a warning message stating "posting is matched to other postings, un-match first then try again" How can the entry be unmatched?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log into Personal Tax and select the relevant client.
2. From the Administration menu select Client Account.
3. Click on the entry that is to be unmatched then click the Match button.
4.There will be a figure displayed in the Matched here column, click on this figure then press the space bar on the keyboard.
