Problem
When trying to update or install IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error - 15 - Database Integrity Check The installation process has established that there is a problem with the SQL Database structures and cannot continue past this point. Your installation is unaffected and has reverted to the previously installed version
Resolution
The IRIS Support team will need to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us
