Problem
Why is the Profit and Loss account not including all my postings? The posting list, nominal ledger and trial balance include all postings but the report is only showing a few items.
Resolution
Have changes been made to ‘Group structure in use’ ?
Log into IRIS as the MASTER user and then select Setup | Accounts Chart
Choose the chart being used for the client in question and check they have the correct ‘Group structure number’ as shown below:
If there is a difference, change as required, and then check report.
