Problem

It has been reported by some user's that when trying to IMPORT- business details from Companies House the following error message appears: Error occurred -1001 Internal error -failed to get statistics

Resolution

We are currently working with Companies House to resolve this matter. In the meantime users can import their details in a different way to stop the IMPORT going through IRIS server. Select – Client | Companies House Online Services |Select the free option -Request company details and complete the following steps
