Problem
It has been reported by some users that they are unable to submit their CS01 form due to an error message stating shareholders who are setup as non- clients, do not have a Forename or contain an Initial
Resolution
This issue has been fixed on IRIS version 17.1 which is available to download from our website.
The current workaround is to change the Shareholders who are setup as non-clients into IRIS Clients.
