Problem
It has been reported by some users that the PSC information is not showing on the Confirmation Statement (CS01) when appointed on the same day as Incorporation, on IRIS version 17.1.
Resolution
This issue may occur for Companies Incorporated prior to 30th June 2016 and have no previous Annual Return.
The current workarounds are as below:
Users can amend the PSC start date to a day after the Incorporation date. Select – Edit | People with significant Control | Edit
OR
Remove/Change the Incorporation date in client maintenance screen – Select – Client | View
Note: For both options, revert the date back to the original Incorporation/PSC date after the submission of the CS01.
This issue is due to be fixed on version 17.3 scheduled to be released in October 2017.
