Problem

This is an rrror in response from HMRC to authorisation request.

Resolution

In the event of this issue we will need a T3 and it is likely cause by problems with the HMRC service. Ask the customer to deactivate the API’s – Setup>Retrieve HMRC practice options Please try again but if you continue to get the error please send an email IRIS Support
