Problem
When bringing forward 2017 tax return in Business tax, the following message may appear: Betrieve library error -3: module postingscreen.cpp: Line 2552
Resolution
Please could you do the following to resolve your issue: –
• Go to Business Tax for this client
• Go to Edit | Bring Forward – when you get the error Business Tax crashes
• Open Business Tax again
• Go to a different client
• Run a Tax Computation and then close it (Reports | Corporation Tax Basic/Enhanced)
• Go back to the original client
• Edit | Bring Forward
• This is related to a refresh issue.
