Problem
How to make an entry in Page TR 4 box 4: "Payments to an overseas pension scheme, which is not UK-registered, which are eligible for tax relief and were not deducted from your pay before tax?
Resolution
To make an entry in Page TR4 box 4 please do the following in Personal tax:
– Reliefs etc. tab
– Pension Contributions
– Personal Pension Contributions
– Enter the details of the Provider
– Click OK
– Click on New at the bottom of the screen
– Enter the amount in box “Contributions paid to non-UK registered overseas pension scheme which are eligible for tax relief, and were not deducted from pay before tax”
– Click OK.
