Problem
**ERROR: SURPLUS/ (DEFICIT) AS PER ROUNDED TRIAL BALANCE IN CURRENT OR LAST YEAR DOES NOT MATCH NET INCOMING/(OUTGOING) RESOURCES AS PER SOFA. PLEASE CHECK ALL POSTINGS HAVE BEEN MADE TO ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE ICHA CHART, AND ALL POSTINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE AN ACTIVITY ATTRIBUTED DO.
Resolution
The problem appears when the user has activated the support costs in
EDIT|SUPPORT COSTS and then ticked the box “support costs active” but no share of allocation has been set.
In order to resolve the problem the user needs to go to:
Edit | Support Costs | and then Untick the box “support costs active”
