Problem

E-File Exception: Critical Errors Element PrescribedParticulars is invalid Line xxx: The 'https://xmlgw.companiehouse.gov.uk' PrescribedParticulars element is invalid. The value "is invalid according to its data type 'String' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

Resolution

Select: Edit | Share Register Select the first Share Type, click [View] and select the ‘Rights’ tab. Details of ‘Voting Rights’ must be entered (details of ‘Voting rights in respect to dividends’ and ‘Any Other’ are optional).
