Problem
Old Email Addresses appear when sending an email from IRIS Communications
Resolution
When sending a Logged/Unlogged email from the IRIS Communications tab to a client there have been reports an email address appears on the list which was previously on the client’s record but has now been deleted.
This has been confirmed as a defect and will be resolved in service pack 22.3.0 w/c 3rd October 2022.
