Problem

Activating new or available licences for IRIS Keytime products

Resolution

When launching Practice Manager or any other Keytime Products, a message box (listing the product(s)) appears notifying the user that their licence is about to expire.

To activate your licence, please use the following steps:

Open Practice Manager
Click File > Registration
Click Register (Just below step 2)
A screen appears displaying any available licences
Tick the box(es) on the right hand side column for each licence
Click the ‘Activate’ button
Accept the IRIS Software licence agreement
A confirmation message box will appear confirming successful licence activation
