The MTD Quarter periods are incorrectly ordered on the Digital Tax Hub summary – This is a random visual issue coming from HMRC (since Summer 2025), this may randomly affect clients where their trade/property quarter periods are in the wrong order (however the period dates are still correct), so you may import values to the incorrect period.
Our Development team have contacted HMRC and are now looking to apply a workaround in IRIS to automatically reorder the MTD quarter periods in the IRIS version 26.1.0 April 2026 update.
- Please first check the order of the clients quarter periods appear in the HUB
- If they are incorrect – just manually select the correct period and start work on that
- Await the April 2026 version 26.1.0 release.
