Important
Installing PTP on a peer-to-peer (workgroup) network
A small number of customers may be affected by an error code 1315 during installation. Further details and instructions on how to fix this error can be found here.

Products End Of Life (EOL)
Products listed in this table are End Of Life (EOL) from the 31st March 2026. This means that these products can be accessed in ‘Read Only‘ mode from the 1st April 2026.
Note: There will be no further updates to these products.
Download links are still available should you need to install the software on a new machine.

Checking version number installed
To check the version of PTP Platform installed:
With the PTP Application, go to Help | About (top-left corner of the screen)
A window will display the version installed.
