IRIS Company Secretarial
AA02 – Dormant Company Accounts
We have updated form AA02, Dormant Company Accounts to use the latest FRC 2025 Taxonomy for electronic filing to Companies House.
ECCTA Identity verification (IDV) update
From 18 November 2025 all companies will need to ensure current Directors, PSC’s and LLP Members have their identities verified either with Companies House directly or through agents as Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSP’s). Any new appointments of the same role will also need to be verified.
We are currently implementing changes to make both Company Secretarial and Company Formation products ready for the launch. These changes are currently planned for the Autumn service pack due in early November. Once the service pack has been installed the product will continue to work as it does today and then from the 18th will dynamically change to include the relevant new form and Companies House filing schemas.
