London, United Kingdom — 3rd January 2019 — 11 am (GMT) — Today Innervision Management Ltd (Innervision) is proud to announce that it has achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification.

ISO 27001 is one of the most internationally accepted and widely recognised information security standards developed to provide organisations with a framework for establishing processes for implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing and improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).

It identifies a set of best practices and controls for a comprehensive ISMS, defining how an organisation should manage and treat information more securely, including appropriate security controls.

The standard considers not only IT but encompasses the entire business operation, including its people, processes and technology and assures the robustness and quality of Innervision’s risk management processes to information security.

In order to achieve the certification, Innervision’s compliance was validated by independent audit firm, BSI (British Standards Institution). As part of the audit, Innervision had to meet rigorous assessment criteria and demonstrate it has a systematic and ongoing approach to mitigating information security risks that affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company and customer data and guarantee stringent data governance.

Innervision’s Director, Martin Kennard, commented, “Operating in the highly regulated financial services industry where information security is of the utmost importance, Innervision understands that our clients require us to have a robust and proven security program for the treatment of highly critical and sensitive information. This ISO 27001 certification reinforces our obligation to upholding the highest standard of security and transparency into our security practices and controls.”

Further to the recent achievement of ISO 27001, Innervision also holds ISO 9001:2015 certification – the international standard that specifies the requirement for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use ISO 9001:2015 to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and a strong service delivery that meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements whilst enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
