What is IRIS OpenSpace?

For those not in the know, OpenSpace lets you securely exchange documents with clients and receive electronic approval. It brings together the functionality of DropBox and DocSign into a single solution.  

It is a simple yet powerful cloud-based product that directly integrates with our desktop products. As a cloud product no installation is required, updates are automated and it’s free to use. 

In May, we surveyed our customers asking for their opinions about IRIS OpenSpace.  

We asked customers what they loved about IRIS OpenSpace, which features they found most useful, what functionality they would like to see added and how we could improve their overall experience.

The results showed that OpenSpace customers and their clients love being able to securely exchange documents and request and receive client approval. We found 84 per cent of our customers benefit from OpenSpace’s fast approval process. 65 per cent benefit from the financial savings achieved by eliminating the cost of printing, postage and packaging. 53 per cent said they’ve improved client interaction by using IRIS OpenSpace and 48 per cent appreciate not needing to install or update the software.
