Problem

Why are some employees not appearing on my BACS report?

Resolution

This is normally because the employee payment method has been set to BACS after the pay period has been calculated.

Click on the name of the employee in the list down the left hand side of your screen, go to “Pay” and click “Undo Payroll

Then check the employee pay method. Open their details and go to “Pay Method“. Make sure “BACS” is selected and their bank account details are present.

Save any variations and re calculate the period. Produce the BACS report again and check they now appear correctly.

PLEASE NOTE: If the employee has been marked as leaver they will not show up on the BACS report. Any BACS reports should be produced before setting employees as leavers in the pay period. If you need to restore a leaver can find the option in the “Employee” tab.
