How do I update my licence limits?

Problem
I've renewed my licence / changed my licence limits but when I log in the system is still using the old information.
Resolution
With your renewal you will have received a PIN number. You need to record this new PIN in the admin mode of the software.
Log into the admin mode, at start up enter the Username: SYSTEM and the Password: admin
If you cannot log in with these defaults a user will have changed the details. If no one can remember what the login details have been changed to, you will need to request a break in password from support to regain access.
If you need to request a break-in password, this should be provided with the company letter head and signed by the senior payroll decision maker. This could then be scanned and emailed to earniesupport@iris.co.uk or faxed through on 0344 815 5670.
Go to “Licence“
Type in the PIN here. (If any of the other details have changed make sure all the details in here match your new details)
Click “OK“
You should see a message saying Earnie needs to close to finish registration. Click “OK“.
When you restart the program your licence limits will have been updated.
