How can I restrict the user access to certain company files on the system?
Resolution
If you want to prevent a payroll user from being able to open / work on a certain company files on your system we can set up a restriction using the admin mode of the software.
When starting bureau type in your admin username and password.(Defult log in details for Admin mode are Name: SYSTEM and Password: admin).
Go to the “Users” menu and click on “Alter Users“
Click on the user you wish to change and click the “Edit” button down the right hand side.
Simply untick any company in the list you wish to prevent this user from opening.
When that user account next logs into the system any companies unticked will not show up in the dashboard.
