Problem
When trying to create a new employee record I get the error:
Resolution
This error is caused when you have no employees in the current tax year.
To correct
Go to “Utilities” > “Options” > “Display Leavers From Previous Years”
Click “Yes” on the message.
You will now see a list of employees who left in previous tax years displayed in red text.
Once this setting is activated you will be able to create your new employee record as normal.
Once one employee has been created you can turn off the option to display previous year leavers:
Go to “Utilities” > “Options” > “Display Leavers From Previous Years”
Click “OK” on the message. You will now only see current year employees.
