Problem
There are a couple of situations that can lead to the software producing error 3021.
Check below for further details.
Resolution
When Producing Reports
Go to “Reports” > “Report Options” > “Processing”. Change the status of the option “Populate Hours & Rates Table” ie. if this is unticked, tick the option, if this is already ticked, untick the option. Click “OK” and try to produce the report again. If the error still occurs when producing the report please contact our support team, there is possibly some inconsistent information in your data file.
When Starting the program (after update/install)
This indicates that the update/installation has been run by a user with restricted permissions. Repeated the last FULL installation while logged on to the PC as the LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR account. Click here to download the latest version.
