Problem

An error may occur when opening PAYE-Master "Error loading Layout.xml". The program may still open and let you proceed.

Resolution

The file layout.xml need to be replaced.

Close IRIS PAYE-Master.NET
Open the program folder where IRIS PAYE-Master has been installed. This is usually C:\Program Files\IRIS Software Ltd\PAYE-master.NET.
If you are using a 64Bit version of Windows the program may be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\IRIS Software Ltd\PAYE-master.net
Delete the file layout.xml.
Re start PAYE-Master. Go to Utilities > Docking Windows and click Reset. At the prompt click Yes

You may need to readjust the size on the payroll status windows to suit your preference.
