Problem
When trying to update or install IRIS or PTP Accounts Production the following error occurs Installation Error - 14 - No Backup Available The installer was unable to restore the database after an upgrade failure as the security backup was skipped
Resolution
For instructions on restoring a database please refer to KB IAS-7171
The IRIS Support team will need to investigate this failure, use the instructions below to send your installation logs to us
