Problem
The Balance Column is not displayed on the Aged Debtors report.
Resolution
The Aged Debtors Report can be run in a number of ways. The Debtor balance column will only be displayed if the Aged Debtors report options are set in a particular way. To access these options:
Log on to IRIS Fees from the IRIS Main Menu
Click on Reports | Aged Debtors
The Aged Debtors screen will be displayed
The Balance column will NOT be displayed when the following options are set.
Under the “Age in” section: Select “Calendar months from date”
Under the “Date/Period to age from ” section: Select “Supply a period or date”
Date entered in the Date field.
To display a Debtor balance on the aged debtors report, you may select the following options.
Under the “Age in” section: Select “Calendar month from date”
Under the “Date/Period to age from ” section: Select “Use current period or today”
OR
Under the “Age in” section: Select “Period from specified period”
Under the “Date/Period to age from ” section: Select “Supply a period or date” OR select “use current period or today”
Enter a Period in the Period field.
