Problem
In certain situations, it is necessary to change the Staff ID for a member of staff in IRIS.
Resolution
Following the instructions below may help to resolve this;
Log into IRIS and open System Maintenance
Select the Staff menu, then Staff Maintenance
Select the member of staff you wish to change and click View
Click Advanced at the bottom, then Change Identifier
Type a new ID and press OK
Click Save on the staff member
