Problem
Is it possible to revoke a clients status so they no longer appear as a client of Personal Tax and no longer appear on the progress reports?
Resolution
1. Log on to Personal Tax, select the relevant client.
2. Go to Client and select Status.
3. Click no to the prompt- Is this person currently a client? This will change the status of the client to a ‘non-client’ (or Unregistered or Archived) of Personal Tax only, and will also prevent the client from appearing on the administration reports within Personal Tax.
4. This same client status option is also in Business Tax etc.
