How do I make a claim to reduce Payments on Account?

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS Personal Tax and select the client. 2. From the Administration menu select Claim to Reduce Payments (SA303). 3. In the box Reduce each payment OAC, enter the amount that each payment must be reduced to. 4. Click the Select button and select the reason and select a reason for the claim 5. You will then need to print off the SA303 and send that to the HMRC via post. 6. Then click OK and the credits will then be automatically matched to the payment on account and you will get a message that this has been carried out. 7. If the credit cannot be matched you will get a message advising that the payment on account has already been matched to another payment and therefore the credit cannot be matched. If you get this message then please contact support who will guide you through the process of unmatching your payment on account so that the credit can be matched.
