Problem

How to remove the tick for more than one return if only transmitting the trading period and not the dormant return?

Resolution

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS Business tax and select the client 2. Go to Edit | Corporation Tax Computation Options 3. Tick the box “Suppress non-trading CTAP reports” and click OK 4. Go to Data Entry | Summary | choose the second CTAP and untick the box “More than one return”
