How do I generate a report without comparative year figures?
Resolution
This can only be done for a Soletrader or Partnership set of accounts
Follow the steps detailed in both sections below to configure IRIS to generate a report without comparatives:
Part 1
Click Edit | Data Screens
Click Presentation Options | Current Year Only
Untick the box Please tick the box if you want revaluation and/or error messages reported
Click Save
Part 2
Click Reports | Annual and choose Standard
On the Report destination screen click OK
Enter the mnemonic of the report you wish to generate in the Report/Document field.
IRIS completes the lower half of the screen automatically with the relevant post file entry numbers.
Remove the post file number for LAST and YEAR BEFORE LAST and select OK
