Problem
Do details entered into a contact, such as email addresses and phone numbers, get passed to the client the contact is linked to?
Resolution
Any phone numbers or email addresses that are entered to the contact do not get copied to the main client.
To add details to contact
Open the IRIS Main Menu and click on IRIS Practice Management
Go to Launch | Client Lookup
Highlight a client (e.g A001) and click on View
Click on the ‘contacts’ tab
Enter details as required
If the phone numbers and/or email addresses need to be present on the main client then they should be entered manually.
To enter phone numbers or email addresses on a client manually:
Open the IRIS Main Menu and click on IRIS Practice Management
Go to Launch | Client Lookup
Highlight a client (e.g A001) and click on View
Click on the ‘addresses’ tab
Click on the ‘Numbers’ button
Enter the details as required
