Problem
Resolution
The Partnership rental profit is showing an incorrect apportionment by a number of days (example 360/365 – so a 5 day diff) in the Schedules of Data which is reducing the profit on the Tax comp/SA100.
Full Partnership page FP3 Box 37: Is showing a unknown value in ‘Box 37 Adjustment’ for example UK Property Box 37 etc which in turn is showing a incorrect profit on the Tax return etc
This has been confirmed as a DEFECT which can affect IRIS versions 25.1.3 and 25.1.4.42. There is a JULY fix released on IRIS version 25.2.0 now out. If the data is originally from BT and still incorrect in PT then go to BT and refresh the data to PT and then check PT again.
