We’re thrilled to announce our Managed Payroll solution for GPs has been awarded the Financial Services and Business Planning Award at the General Practice Awards.

Beating out tough competition in our category, in the form of chartered accountants Morris Crocker, which specialises in supporting the general practice sector, the awards were presented at a black-tie awards ceremony at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London on the 29th November 2019.

It’s an honour to receive this accolade and to be named among leading businesses supporting the GP sector, such as PSUK, Darwen Healthcare Team and The Primary Care Training Centre. Now in their 11th year, the General Practice Awards are the most prestigious awards for primary care professionals, honouring the world of general practice, from GPs to their suppliers, in a night of excitement and celebration.

This key win demonstrates the quality of our IRIS Managed Payroll service and highlights why 500 general practices across the UK are using our service to help them transform their payroll processes for the better.

With over 40 years of experience in running payroll, the IRIS Managed Payroll service boasts a team of highly experienced CIPP-Accredited payroll managers who are ready to take on your Automatic Enrolment, RTI and Year-End reporting responsibilities.

As the Practice Manager at one of our customers, a busy North-West based GP surgery, explained in our winning award entry: “Since outsourcing to IRIS, my time needed for payroll has diminished to almost zero. I’ve also reduced my discussions with HMRC, as well as cutting down filing and admin. My job is less stressful and IRIS has really freed much of my time to concentrate on other things.”
