IRIS Accountancy Suite (IAS) Customers:
IRIS Elements is our cloud accountancy solution which supports Accountants today and in the future. At present, our IRIS Accountancy Suite customers can benefit from IRIS Elements AML, IRIS Elements Proposal Management and IRIS Elements Company Formations. And if you’ve not already got IRIS Practice Management or IRIS Company Secretarial, you may be interested in looking at our cloud versions IRIS Elements Practice Management and IRIS Elements Company Secretarial too.
All the products benefit from being on the same Elements platform, using the one client list which synchronises with the IRIS Accountancy Suite client list and integrates seamlessly with the desktop suite to save time, increase accuracy and ensure duplication is a thing of the past.
For our IRIS Accountancy Suite (IAS) Tax, Accounts and Company Secretarial customers, IRIS Elements Enterprise functionality is still in development due to the sophistication of the market-leading functionality that exists within. However, our seamless integration and Hybrid by Design approach means that you get all the benefits of the market-leading powerhouse of IRIS Accountancy Suite compliance, as well as the ability to explore new products in IRIS Elements, such as IRIS Elements AML, without replicating client contact details in two systems.
As an IRIS customer, you can transition to the cloud from IRIS Accountancy Suite to IRIS Elements with ease, at a pace that suits you and as IRIS Elements Enterprise level functionality comes online. We are building designated pathways to Elements from our IRIS Accountancy Suite products to make the transition simple and efficient.

Senta by IRIS Customers:
Senta customers can benefit from IRIS Elements Proposal Manager, IRIS Elements AML and for your Tax and Accounts preparation needs there is either IRIS Elements Tax and IRIS Elements Accounts Production for simple client needs (Essentials plans) or more complex tax and accounts production needs (Professional plans). These products share the same client management on the IRIS Elements platform and therefore the risk associated with re-keying data is removed, ensuring greater accuracy of client details.
What’s happening to Senta?
Senta by IRIS continues to be supported by the same team. If you would like to transition to IRIS Elements Practice Management in the future, we’re currently working on a tool to help move customer data and any customisations you may have made to your Senta site, over to the new IRIS Elements platform. We will let you know as soon as it becomes available.

Taxfiler by IRIS:
IRIS Elements is our cloud accountancy solution which supports Accountants today and in the future. Today for Taxfiler customers it includes IRIS Elements Practice Management, AML, Proposal Manager, Company Secretarial and Company Formations.
If you want to adopt Elements for all your tax and accounts work too and take advantage of all the new capabilities and seamless integration with the other Elements solutions, from Spring ’23 we will be offering a migration tool to help transfer your customer data from Taxfiler over to the new platform. This will enable a smooth transition and the ability to share data with all the additional products listed above.

IRIS Elements Tax & Accounts customers
For new customers, IRIS Elements Tax and Accounts is being replaced. It is being split into separate components for Tax, Accounts Production, and Trusts, and will be made available as Essentials and Professional editions depending on the level of sophistication required. While we will no longer be selling IRIS Elements Tax & Accounts to new customers, we will be supporting the product and you will benefit from all enhancements to the Elements platform. If you’d like to upgrade from IRIS Elements Tax or Accounts Production Essentials to the Professional packages, please contact us.
