Problem
Users of IRIS within a Terminal Server environment may encounter the following error; Unable to perform Vista File Virtualisation checks
Resolution
Following the steps below may help to resolve the problem.
Permissions
Right Click the IRIS folder
Choose Properties and then click Security
Click Advanced
Click Change Permissions
Click “Everyone” and then Click Edit
Ensure Full Contol is Allowed and then click OK
Tick Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object
Click OK, Click OK and then Click OK
Reboot Terminal Server
If after checking the permissions it maybe necessary to reboot the terminal server.
