After upgrading PTP Tax Expense some users are receiving the following prompts;
Clicking No does not allow the user to continue
- Resolution
To resolve this problem you will need to remove the Updates folder from within the PTPDataTax Expense folder.
Once deleted you will be able to continue in the normal way
