IRIS Software Group expands global managed payroll services offering with APS Global acquisition
7th September 2021: IRIS Software Group (IRIS), one of the UK’s largest privately-owned software companies, is today announcing it has acquired APS Global, a leading provider of managed payroll services for the commercial, education and healthcare sectors in the UK and internationally.
APS Global provides managed payroll and P11D services to employers in the UK and around the world. Its payroll services are designed to provide businesses with payroll they can trust and remove the time-consuming burden of complying with ever-changing payroll legislation.
Founded in 2009, APS Global currently processes over 11,000 payslips per month and supports upwards of 220 customers across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors in the UK and internationally. The leading managed payroll service provider handles all types of payroll, regardless of frequency or size, and its solutions complement IRIS’ broader managed payroll services portfolio and philosophy – to take the pain out of processes and enable professionals to focus on the work they love.
This move demonstrates IRIS’ commitment to continue to invest in broadening its service offerings for existing and new customers.
