Problem

User gets the following error when trying to send RTI submissions:

Resolution

The problem here seems to be with the incorrect registration or operation of ISLRTI.dll.

The latest software version needs to be reinstalled while logged in as the PC local admin account.

You may need to contact your IT support to run the installation on your behalf.
