Problem
User gets the following error when trying to email client reports:
An unknown problem has occurred with Outlook
If Outlook is not already open, please start Outlook and try again
If Outlook is already open, close any message boxes and try again
Resolution
Check the location set as the ‘Output’ folder under ‘Email Setting’ in the configure client reports window.
This location is likely to have user permissions restricted.
Either assign the user full control of the folder or switch the output folder to another location the user has full permissions for.
