Cashbook link buttons are greyed out and unavailable.
Resolution
If you are trying to add a fee/Purchase to the cashbook but all the cashbook link buttons are greyed out this is because the Fees/Purchase Register has been opened directly from the accounts menu.
You will need to open the account you wish to pay the fee/purchase into first, then click “Fees Register”/”Purchase Register” at the top of the screen. Once you open the fee/purchase you wish to pay in the Cashbook link buttons will be available.
