Problem
When trying to print either the P11 (NI) or the PAYE-Remittance reports the user gets the error:
Resolution
This error is caused by an incorrect setting in the PC regional and language setting, specifically the long or short time format.
If you look in “Control Panel” > “Region & Language“:
In order for the report to work correctly the setting should be:
Short time: HH:mm
Long time: HH:mm:ss
Any setting other than this will cause an error in PAYE-Master
