Problem
When trying to publish payslips, user gets the error:
Resolution
This error occurs when the user doesn’t have sufficient access/permissions to run the process “EPayslipConsole.exe“.
EPayslipConsole.exe is the process that drives the publish to OpenPayslips routine.
Your IT administrator needs to ensure that all payroll users have full control to the installation folder for payroll. They may also need to check anti virus or security software exclusions/quarantine settings for the process to make sure nothing is interfering with it’s operation.
