Problem
If you print any EYU report whilst in the year end data file you receive the message: "IRIS PAYE-Master couldn't find anything to report."
Resolution
In order to produce the EYU report correctly you will need to restore a back up of the year end data using “File” > “Backup and Restore Data“.
NOTE: Before restoring any data make sure you have a backup of your current payroll data to return to when you have completed your EYU.
Once you have restored the backup will will be able to correctly produce the EYU reports and get the EYU submitted.
