Problem
When trying to export pension files user gets the error:
Resolution
This error will occur if the system is trying to replace a pension file while it is open outside of the payroll software.
Check to see if there is a copy open in excel or notepad and close this. When you try and export the data again it will replace the file without error.
If you are using payroll over a network you will also need to check that the file isn’t open in excel or notepad on any PC with access to that network location.
