When you are logging in to OpenSpace, you are recieving the message - 'Account Disabled - Your account has been disabled, you will not be able to upload or download documents until this is resolved. Please contact our sales team on 0344 844 9644'

IRIS OpenSpace: SUBSCRIPTION UPDATE

Please note: From 1st November 2019 we have introduced a subscription fee for IRIS OpenSpace.

The fee will secure our ongoing development plans for the product and help with increased running costs.

If you do not wish to sign up to the IRIS OpenSpace subscription, please ensure you have copied all of your files from the system prior to Friday 1st November. You may not have access to your files after this date.

Please note: IRIS OpenSpace will continue as a free of charge benefit for all existing IRIS Accountancy customers (for example, using IRIS Accounts Production, Business Tax, Personal Tax etc.) including PTP, Keytime and Taxfiler

We have made multiple attempts to contact you to inform you of this subscription fee via email and phone.
