Problem

I want to access other users intrays in DOCS and/or give others access to mine

Resolution

Only the owner of the intray can give others access to theirs specifically.

To do this, the user needs to log in to DOCS, click on workspace, and then right-click your intray and ‘Connect Users’. You can then give individuals or groups access to your intray with full control or limited permissions.
