Problem
Since Upgrading my licences via the Web Licencing function I am receiving the following error licence disabled,72 hours, read only
Resolution

This error typically occurs because the IRIS installation has been moved or the licences have been revalidated on a different machine and your licence does not allow for multiple validations.

To resolve this issue you will need to remove your licences by going to the Current Licences Screen, (From the IRIS Main Menu, in the top left select Tools | Licence Details) selecting the licences on the list and then clicking “Remove Licences” at the bottom left.

You will then to need to activate your licences again, click here for further information on activating your licences

If you have run through the steps above and see no licences available, you may need to start the IRIS Co-ordination service, click here for steps on this.

Once complete you will then need to “Check for Updates” again on the “Update Licences” tab.
